Today's visit was for a lost crown. Dr. was able to get me in surprisingly quickly. Just now to wait for the finished crown. For my dental work, and the fortunately infrequent emergencies Dr. Defilippi has always been great. Highly recommend this office!

A refreshing and needed change from my previous dentist just across the other side of Lakeside. Dr. Alison, thankfully, was able to catch a second molar failing, which is the mirror tooth of an emergency root canal attempt last year, but the tooth was too compromised, as is this second molar. The 6 years of missing the decay by my previous dentist secured the demise of this second tooth.
Alison was thorough, finding the issue and detailing my options. She gained my respect instantly when she agreed extracting it was the best bet overall. I'm relieved and definitely thankful to find this level of professional competence. Praise to the front office, Allison's assistant, and a terrific hygienist. Thank you!!!

Dr. Defilippi and her team have provided excellent care. I like how they explain everything thoroughly, and I don’t feel like I’m just another patient. The crown I just received is FAR superior than the ones I got elsewhere. They have set the bar high, and I’m happy to have found a new dentist.

I went in for a scheduled cleaning. Ended up getting X-rays because a gum and tooth issue was suspected. We agreed to correct the issue. I am very pleased.

My rear molar tooth, with a gold filling in place, suddenly broke off at lunch. I called Dr Bryant’s office, she had me come right over, and she had me diagnosed and then completely repaired within about 90 minutes. Perfectly painless, I could NOT believe how quickly and perfectly she repaired my broken tooth. She is completely awesome, the VERY best!! Thomas Glynn MD

Since I was a kid my history with dentist has been overwhelmingly negative and traumatic. I’ve had many complications with my mouth that were made worse by predatory practices and a lack of informed consent, which has caused lifelong problems making my case more complex, painful, and expensive. Dr. Bryant was thorough in her examination giving an honest and constructive assessment with her top of the line 3D imaging machine. She alleviated my fears explaining every aspect of my case in detail and actually acknowledged and listened to my symptoms, which I feel has lead to a more concise and tailored fit diagnosis. I didn’t feel like another number in a chop shop, but rather a human being with fears, cares, and concerns that were never properly addressed for pretty much my whole life. I’ve been to many dentist in Reno over the past few years and my honest opinion is she is the best, by far! She will take care of you like a good friend, her prices are extremely fair and her expertise is top notch! Definitely worth going in and finding out for yourself, no matter what your case is you won’t be disappointed.

Love Dr. D! Having problems after neglecting my teeth for a while. She was great explaining my options going forward. If you hate dental work like I do, this might be the place to go.
